e-Residency in Estonia
The e-Residency programme allows anyone to become an e-resident of Estonia. On obtaining this status, you will receive a digital ID card that gives you access to the country’s administrative services and recognises you as part of its digital community.

Method of application for Estonian e-Residency:

Necessary documentation:
- Passport or ID card.

- Reason for the application.
- Visa or Mastercard.
Sending the application form:
After making the payment you will receive an email confirming that the process is underway. Cost: 100-120€.
Review process
The Estonian Police/Borders service will verify that all your details are correct and will notify you by email that the review process has been completed. Duration: 2-5 weeks.
Delivery
If your application is approved, you will receive an invitation to:
- Take delivery of the e-Residency kit at the place you selected on making the application.
- You must bring your passport or ID card with you.
